Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to own delivery across both our internal products and client projects for German customers. You will work end-to-end — from shaping requirements to shipping and maintaining production software — while helping us push the boundary on how AI accelerates engineering quality and productivity.This is a role for someone who is deeply professional in their core stack, but curious and confident enough to jump into new technologies as projects demand. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, so proactivity and strong communication are just as important as technical skill. Must-haves- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong full stack delivery capability (front end, back end, and the glue in between).- Deep, professional expertise in at least one modern stack, plus the adaptability and willingness to jump into new languages, frameworks, and tech stacks as projects require.- A track record of shipping and maintaining production products, not just prototypes.- Fluent, professional English — spoken and written — for direct client and team communication.- Genuine proactivity: you communicate early, raise risks, ask questions, and don't wait to be told what to do.- Comfort working fully remote with strong self-discipline and accountability, including disciplined ticket hygiene (Jira) and honest time tracking (Clockify).- Experience working in Agile teams — Scrum and/or Kanban — and comfort participating in daily stand-ups.- Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate development, and enthusiasm for going deeper on AI-assisted workflows (e.g. harness and loop engineering).Nice-to-haves- German and/or Vietnamese language skills.- Experience working with or within DACH-region (German-speaking) teams and their quality and process expectations.- Familiarity with GDPR-compliant development practices.- Experience mentoring peers or driving engineering standards.- Exposure across web, mobile, backend, cloud, QA, and automation.
